Please, please, please have a read of Alison’s post and support the good work she is doing by signing the petition if you are against bull running. To my blogging friends here in the UK – remember that whatever happens in the USA, we usually follow not long afterwards. If this practice is allowed to continue, it won’t be long until our streets are used for the same barbaric events.
After reading this blog post that I wrote a few weeks ago, as well as seeing all of my tweets and Facebook posts as of late, you can probably imagine that I’m passionately against the Great Bull Run. You also may already know that I’ve been working with Georgia Animal Rights and Protection (GARP) to put an end to this event that is scheduled to come to Conyers, Georgia in October. We created a petition that’s been circulating for the past two days, and I’m thrilled to announce that we already have more than 1,000 signatures. People from all over the world are signing this petition, and their comments show me that they’re just as outraged about this event as I am.
